Artwork Guidelines:

The most effective way to get your artwork to us is to have it with “outlined” or vector artwork. 

This simply means that the artwork consists of lines that are easily visible once our art department opens up your file and clicks on the image.

The most common formats for such “outlined” artwork are (*.eps, *.ai, *.cdr, *.dxf)

Please note: ImageCast® pictures can be accepted as *.tif, *.gif, *.jpg or any other photo format type of file.

If you do not have “outlined” artwork, but rather photo format artwork such as *.tif, *.gif, *.jpg, Saxton can change your artwork into “outlined” artwork at an additional cost.  Please inform your Architectural Signage Coordinators if you require this service and they will be more than glad to help make the change so your project is not delayed.


Proofs:

Saxton will provide proofs of the artwork for you to check and double-check upon the commencement of your project and prior to manufacturing.

Upon your approval, please sign the designated area and either fax or email the approved proof to us.
